CCTV Installation in Thanisandra

Apartments and rentals near Manyata in Thanisandra

Thanisandra lies just east of Manyata Tech Park, with Nagawara, Hegde Nagar, Rachenahalli and Sampigehalli around it. Thanisandra Main Road has filled with large apartment projects, rental buildings for tech park staff, PGs, supermarkets and small eateries, and traffic on the main road is heavy at office hours.

Apartment associations here often want an existing builder-installed system checked and expanded, because the original cameras missed parts of the basement, lift lobbies or the boundary. Rental building owners want each floor landing and the parking covered so they can manage tenants from a distance. PG owners need the entry, corridors and common kitchen recorded, while supermarkets and shops focus on billing and stock.

For associations we usually begin with an audit visit at night, because that is when weak night vision, broken infrared lights and dark basement corners show up. The report lists every camera with its condition and what each one actually sees. The committee can then approve repairs first and upgrades later, with each item priced separately in the proposal.

Typical Thanisandra installations

These are starting points for the survey; the final camera count depends on the number of gates, towers and parking levels, and how long the association wants to keep footage.

What Thanisandra sites need

• Builder-installed systems often have blind spots in basements; we walk the site with the association and mark every gap on a layout.
• Old cameras that are not IP can be replaced in stages, keeping the security room working throughout.
• Heavy main-road traffic makes the gate camera a priority; it should record faces of people entering, not just vehicles.
• Rental owners who live elsewhere can share view-only access with a trusted caretaker while keeping admin rights.
• Lift cars need cameras with a wide lens and a cable that suits travelling lifts, fitted together with the lift maintenance company.
