CCTV Installation in MG Road

Offices, showrooms and hotels in the central business district

MG Road, Brigade Road, Church Street, Residency Road and Richmond Road form Bangalore’s central business district. The buildings here are a mix of older commercial blocks and modern office towers, with showrooms and restaurants at street level, offices above, and hotels and service apartments nearby. Many businesses share a building with several other tenants.

Offices here usually need cameras at the reception, entry doors, work areas and server room, often with access control at the door. Showrooms want the entrance, display floor and cash counter covered in sharp detail. Restaurants and pubs on Church Street and Brigade Road ask for the entrance, bar, billing and kitchen. Building owners and associations look after common areas, lifts and basement parking.

Commercial buildings in this area often have systems installed by different tenants over many years, with cameras from several brands and no common recorder. We can audit what exists, reuse cameras that are still good and bring the rest onto a single NVR, so building management sees the common areas while each tenant keeps access to their own space only.

What CBD buildings need

• Building management usually controls risers and ceilings, so we get route approvals before work starts.
• Office tenants often want CCTV and door access on the same system, so entry events can be checked against footage.
• Busy pubs need cameras that handle mixed lighting and fast movement; we test views at night before handing over.
• Work in occupied offices and showrooms is scheduled with you between 9 am and 6 pm, with dust covers over desks and stock.
• Storage for offices handling client data is sized for your security policy, often 60 to 90 days.
• Hotels and service apartments nearby should cover lobby, lift landings and staff entries, never guest rooms or corridors outside them at close range.
